Open Government Seminar
A Seminar on Public Information and Open Meetings laws in Texas
How should an open records request be written? What are the requirements for responding? How much time does a governmental entity have to respond ? Can I ask an open records submitter to modify their request? How much will be charged? If I think the school board or local government has violated the Open Meetings Law what should I do?
The Freedom of Information Foundation of Texas and the Texas Attorney General's Office
join forces to provide you with valuable answers.
